PREVIEW – Kai Samra – Native

KAI Samra returns to the Fringe to proceed to debate the realities of a ‘observe your goals’ ideology for the non-white working class in Native.

Following the success of his earlier present Underclass, Kai continues to boost equally complicated points in his new comedy present.

Native might be speaking race, class, immigration, Kai’s private reflections on youth homelessness, India and, 2010 indie-rock bands.

Night Customary describes Kai’s reveals as “lightness of contact that will get the viewers onside and retains them there”.

The son of Indian immigrants, Kai spent his childhood rising up in a low-income, single-parent family.

Throughout his teen years, Kai was at a youth homeless shelter Centrepoint in Birmingham.

The Brummie British-Asian perspective that Kai provides his viewers is what makes his comedy present a must-see.

Radio Ha-Ha says Kai is “a star within the making”.

With an Amazon Prime Comedy Particular and three sell-out runs at Soho Theatre underneath his belt, there isn’t any doubt Kai is a quickly rising comedy expertise.
